How To Make A Christmas Eve Box

Everyone wants to open something early on Christmas Eve, it’s just in our nature. We have a very long season of a lot of hype over the holidays, it seems unfair it can only be one day!

Since I was little, my parents always gave my sister and I pajamas on Christmas Eve for us to wear in our Christmas morning pictures. I have continued this tradition into my marriage and always love lounging around in the morning in our comfortable pajamas.

I’ve recently seen some pins on doing a Christmas Eve box, and I love the idea! You can fill your box with pajamas, goodies for Christmas Eve night, movies to watch, ornaments to hang, whatever you want! It’s a great tradition to start in your own family.

All you will need is a cute photo box from Michael’s, and whatever you want to fill your box with. I suggest fun items that are a family activity, the individual gifts will come tomorrow. I’ve included pajamas of course, hot chocolate to drink on Christmas Eve, and a fun new ornament to hang on the tree.

Below I have listed what’s in my Christmas Eve box. All of the items are linked but you would have to buy in store to get them on time for Christmas!

What a lovely box. The unique presentation of gifts always makes it more fun.
